This thing keep on happening to me since ever. I have the feeling some frustrated kid that works at steam support keeps on banning my account for nothing.
Every now and then i get the : "Your Steam Community privileges have been suspended for 2 weeks for sending abusive comments or harassing other players."
I havent sent anything to anyone, havent harass anyone about anything. All i do is playing dota with my friends every evening, then play RDR2 single player.

Every time i ask steam support what is the reason for the ban every time i get the same empty automatic response :

"This account is temporarily banned from accessing Steam community features due to its use in posting or sending harassment or abusive comments. I have confirmed that the ban was applied correctly.

You’ll have to wait until the ban expires in order to regain access to Steam community features.

Please ensure you are following the Steam Global Rules & Guidelines when commenting on users’ profiles, participating in the community, and engaging in-game with voice or text chat in the future. We appreciate your cooperation."

I keep asking for the specific reason for the ban and every time they close the ticket.
