Also where did you redeem it and where is it saying its redeemed? Did you enter a code on steam? Sometimes you have to redeem it on Nvidia's site, then they send you the code, then you redeem that code on steam

I have tried follow the steps, and in my email was a code and a link to where to use the code.
the link send me to my steam store on borderlands 4. and from there i dont know how to redemm code. doesnt say redeem anywhere. then in the nvidia app where to type the coupon code, then the last part of the code, there is not room for more letters. so i dont have a clue.

You sure it's a coupon code and not a game code? You can add games using the "add game" button in the bottom left corner of the Steam client

Have you tried entering it here?

now it says its redeemed. and when i press on view details on the picture of the game in that message window, where there is also a code. the same as in the email. then a button to: continue to redeem. then it pops up a tab in my browser on my steam account on the store page on borderlands 4. and thats it. from there i just stand looking at the standard store page of the game. with a code there is no button for redeem on the store page. i cant find it.
if i try add a game from the left down corner, then it says invalid code.

There is never a button to redeem on the store page. If it said redeemed is the game now in your library if you check?

its not in the library. and it is not in the list you link to.

the weird is its the game icon and the redeemed message is from the Nvidia app. and then in steam where there was no room for the last bit of code.. so im confused when it is bag and forth.

Are you redeeming via the Nvidia app like it tells you and linking it to your steam account?
