Can someone explain to me what's going on with Dota 2 in-game items? Why are virtually all items you receive or buy from chests and open them locked to your account and can't be sold or sent? Meanwhile, in CS:GO, items given away for free for leveling up can be easily sold and traded, not to mention that items from chests can also be traded and sold?
