Surprising noone, a member of DEID group complaining about censorship from others.
Valve aren't responsible for your ban. It was the community hub moderator appointed by the developer/publisher of Last Epoch. Valve isn't meddling in how low or high the tolerance threshold on individual game hubs is.
However the comment you were replying to wasn't directly insulting anyone, but making an observation about users who made claims to be quitting and uninstalling the game, but still ironically playing it despite their protests.
Weird. Not the ban but that it came from Support, not a game hub moderator. Oh well. Rule of thumb: polite and constructive behavior never got anyone banned.
I remember when Domina's dev kept spiraling because Steam moderation kept banning him from his own game hub for encouraging harm against the LGBT+ community.
So it's safe to assume Steam's still watchin', even if they're not always acting immediately. Lol
From the sarcastic "what a smart take", to "you didn't check ♥♥♥♥", to the jester farm accusation.
Had you omitted those three, you likely wouldn't have been banned.
Regardless, Steam forums are not the appropriate place to discuss individual bans, so...this topic will likely get closed as well.
