Is there a way to open apps downloaded from STEAM without launching steam?
Everytime I launch OBS Studio or Ghost Of Tsushima, it launches STEAM which bothers me because sometimes STEAM takes a long time to launch which in turn delays me opening the game I want to play or OBS Studio. Is there a way to just launch the app directly without needing to open STEAM even if it was installed via STEAM?

depends on if the software uses steam protection services (DRM), if it does, then it needs to run steam, if not, then the exe file for the software will run without steam.

For OBS Studio, it can be downloaded and installed directly from the official website.

As for the game, no — the only way that would be possible is if it were released as a DRM-free version.
