It's not going to happen.
If Epic cared about what gamers wanted, Rocket League wouldn't have be pulled off Steam in the first place. If the massive out cry when they pull it changed nothing. What makes you think a thread Epic will never see will change anything?
You are thinking of game devs or publishers and even then in most cases it's epic bribing them off directly to be sold on the epic store for a time before the contract runs out and then they can be listed on steam.
To OP: Not going to happen. Psyonix is owned by Epic, and Epic's entire PC business plan revolves around making Valve look bad. The only way Epic will publish anything on Steam is if Tim Sweeney leaves Epic and EGS closes.
