I doubt reporting such reviews would do anything since they're not breaking any rules either.
Best to just ignore them.
Also this is just something people made, so get over it, and not like it's ruining your life, or anything, now is it?
I will probably never do it again and may fix the older one i had in future.
It's 2020, people can get offended by anyting
you can configure it though, to make it eventually more useful for you.

"advanced controls"
i agree with you that these style of reviews are dumb though.
Go in the options here : https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/labs/trendingreviews
Click "show advanced options"
Choose to filter for a tag (ie: "Games Workshop")
Then choose to exclude for the SAME tag.
What you are doing is to filter and exclude the games at the same time, giving always zero results and causing the whole "community recommends" to not appear anymore.
It's not the review. It's the useless and bloated feature forced for everyone, even who don't care at all about community recommendations.
Such feature should be optional, and not forced.
To fake one, go to your Steam folder, then "resource", right-click on "styles", select copy.
Now go to Steam\skins and create a new folder, the name will be the skin name. (e.g. NoCommunityRecommendations)
In that folder create a folder called "resource".
Paste the styles folder into the newly created folder. (e.g. Steam\skins\NoCommunityRecommendations\resource\styles)
Now create a new text file in the resource folder (not the styles folder) and call it webkit.css (make sure that it's webkit.css and not webkit.css.txt)
Open the file with a text editor and add the following lines to it:
Restart Steam
