Game with animals based on movie

Hello guys, i remember playing a video game based on some kind of cartoon movie with animals. I remember u had raccoons and more animals, you had to escape houses, some gartens and i remember a bear that had food in its cave that you had to steal. The bear was some kind of boss that u fought. I will love if someone can help me find the game. <3

Not on Steam and most likely will not be on sale again because the license most certainly run out. You can try to shoot it on ebay or amazon.
