Right click it select manage>uninstall.

Go to the steam support, and click on the option where it said "I want to permanently remove this game from my account".

Hello I dont remember what it was I sent you? It seems to have stopped working whatever it was.
To install it again click on play. Then uninstall it.

TF2 and DOTA 2 are in everybody's library. If you never installed or played the game, it won't actually show up in your library. It simply means those licenses are automatically tied to your account. They cannot be removed and as they're F2P games, they also don't count towards the gamecount and badge.

It's not on the list because the ones listed only are for the ones you add yourself. Everybody nowadays has both TF2 and Dota2 licenses tied.

They will not get removed.

If free games cannot be seen in library then why CS:GO, VR chat, Fallout Shelter and Conquer's Blade still can be seen in my library even I hadn't even installed them before (I get to those game's install confirmation page and pressed cancel, then they popped up in my library.)

I thought TF2 did if you bought the bundle that had it, HL, HL2, and other stuff?
