Getting the same issue, specifically with Thor; haven't tried Cap's yet, but wouldn't be even remotely surprised if it was also broken; I had issues with both Hulk and Iron Man as well. Sometimes dying fixes it, sometimes it doesn't. It's really quite sloppy to have screwed up tutorials to such a degree. Dodge wasn't working at first, but dying a few times fixed that; then the counter wasn't working, had to die twice for that to work as well and now I need to kill 3 enemies with Odinforce, which just doesn't activate no matter how many times I die and respawn.

i also have that problem when i press Q for Counter he just does both arms up and creates a shield whit Iron man.
and appearently its whit restart the game something else that doesnt whant to work i am never getting past the first harm room challange
which is annoying i could use a save where the first harm room challenge is done so i can continiu whit the story
