How to report a technical issue


Please note that one-worded summaries like “game doesn’t work” won’t be taken into consideration. The development team will need precise information to investigate, find a way to reproduce the issue in order to find a fix, and update the game accordingly.

When reporting a technical issue on Steam Forums

First step:

If the issue still remains unresolved

  • Tell us precisely where the issue occurs?
  • How often did you encounter this issue when playing?
  • Describe precisely what you were doing the last couple of minutes before you encountered the issue?
  • What language is running on your PC?
  • What OS and which version is running on your PC?
  • Attach your dxdiag to your post on the forum using Wetransfer or SendAnywhere (mandatory)
  • Attach any screenshots, video, or livestream replay that can help us understand the issue you’re encountering and investigate to find a way to fix the issue and update the game accordingly
