Really sorry about your save problem.
That's not a known issue on our side, so we'll need some information to investigate :
-Do you play on different computers?
-Also, do you have other Steam accounts on this PC with the game?
-Do you use Steam's cloud saving?
-Did you get an error message when launching the game? If so, which one? (could you send us a screenshot if it happens again)?
We'll also need your DxDiag (You can send it via WeTransfer).
