I pick up a weapon to get Zan holding an energy ball, and now he can’t attack normally unless I press a direction on the dpad for at least the first jab.

I suspect it’s related to his odd way of using weapons, and that I have Legacy Mode on (which means Attack is also used to pick up weapons. So he’s in a weird state of trying to pick up nothing? I noticed that moving and attacking with a weapon will prevent picking up something with Attack, so that might be related…)
