Still have the "minimize" issue.
Only happens once each open game, but is annoying because or the game pauses or minimizes (and the game goes to background). You must to click to the game window again, doesn't matter if is fullscreen or windowed mode. Help.

I've been running into this same issue, was just about to post about it. I'm on Windows 10 and this seems to consistently occur on the section of stage 1 when I get to the electric cables. I don't recall it happening anywhere else

Update: this is *not* happening at the section i mentioned before, it seems to be after i've been playing for ~10 minutes, it doesn't happen again for a while and it doesnt seem consistent.

yes, in my case just 1 time after each opened game.
