Why are my joystick controls lagged as if it were low fps?

Hi how are things. I would like to know the problem of playing with controllers is very annoying in my pc, It didn't happen to me half a year ago I started to notice the problem 2 months ago. It doesn't happen to me with the keyboard, but with the remote it does, a lot. After 5 minutes of play, it is as if the controller began to lag slowly, making extra movements. If I move left once, it does it a second time, and it goes through all the buttons. I played with the keyboard and it doesn't happen to me.

Could it be that I have bad joysticks at my disposal? I install the xbox controllers emulator in the game once, will that be the problem? I already removed it, verified the entire game files.
My game works fine, with maximum graphics, resolution. I have no performance issues. I thought it was, but it is as if the joystick playing offline is as if it had 100 pings, compared to the keyboard that has 0 ping or MS as you say.

I played with xbox controller. It never happened before, but after several months, the problem has become common even in other games. It will be for having put so many different types of joysticks, brands that nobody knows today haha. I put ps2 / pc controller, PS3 / PC controller with USB connection AND Xbox360 controller, which has broken. Even the xbox360 one did that kind of laggy weird thing.

I must emphasize that all my joysticks are not wireless. I came to think that it is a problem with my computer and not with the controller.

Also keep in mind that I am with a television with HDMI. I don't have a screen with 144HZ monitor. Although I doubt that it is, as I said above, it does not happen to me with the keyboard.
I did not put it in technical support, since it only happens to me and not to another player.

I have the game in spanish, I got Win10 Updated. Updated video card too

Just so you know, the dev team is currently investigating this controller issue. In the meantime, for the input delay issues, I suggest you disable Steam input (just as Xelane said).
 
Here's how to do it:
 
○ Go to your Steam Library
○ Right click on the game
○ Go to Properties
○ If your Steam Input option is enabled, disable it
○ Launch the game
 
This workaround should do the trick while the dev team finds a permanent fix for this issue. We'll keep you posted as soon as we have more details about a future patch.

Try disabling Steam Input for this game

Same here. I get double inputs and other times my inputs seem to get eaten. This is even in menus.
Using PS5 controller. Definitely game specific as if I switch over to anything else its fine.
Keyboard is fine.

I force disable the steam input. In configuration of windows I put "game mode" activated too. But Now I can play. Don't they need to do a patch. Is a common issue in players who don't know how performance works. Now I can play well and the lag input is really gone! Thank you both of you
