Does anybody have this same problem?
I have tried a lot of different video configurations, only vulkan does not display, but the rest I tried window mode, low settings even setting the resolution to 20%, nothing increased the FPS.
The only thing that changes the FPS to 100+ is when I move the window, then the FPS is high, then when I stop moving the window the FPS dips back to 20.
The video card is a RTX2070 and the processor is a Xeon X5690@4Ghz, this shoudn't happen, I play a lot of more demanding games with this computer. Also I have played this same title in my laptop with integrated graphics and it works fine...
Does anyone have any clue?
