Why can't I buy this?

Hi, I'm based in Poland and while I can look at the game's entry on the store and have had this on my wishlist for years, at no point did I see an option to actually buy it. What gives?

The publisher bankrupted before steam applied the new currencies system. If you live in a place not using American dollars, British pounds or euros, the game is not available.
