in europe impossible too :/ have old cd verion but i doesnt work..torrents are empty too

It's no longer available in like half the countries it used to be apparently. There's probably something that changed on Steam's end that requires some sort of input from developers and since Time Gate went bankrupt ages ago there's likely no one to take care of it. Just pirate it if you really want to play it. There's no steam integration anyway and multiplayer is over LAN/direct IP.

It cost 10 euros in germany, what country are you in?

You can always get the game as a gift on g2a but the price is 40 euros already since so many regions seem to be locked. More regions locked = higher price for gift version
