Time limit doesn't really limit anything in the game. Play more and you'll find out. Game's pretty short -- 8 hours for all-and-all

The time limit doesn't mean much. After you finish the game you can restart keeping your current progress and work on completing everything.

I just 100% the game at around 6 hours. Im not a fan of time limits but honestly I didn't even notice it in the game. Its needed for the story but it doesn't penalize you for it.

So am I correct in amusing you can actually skip any of the mini-games and complete the game, and only have to do all of them if you want to 100%?

bub, when you replay the game, the game allows you to skip everything you already did, and the puzzle pieces and family badges save across playthroughs.
