Nerfed maps from mods
I tried to instal some mods for the NQ group. Not sure wich mods but som from Hellblazer and Frutistrike I think. But I gave up multiplayer and want normal unnerfed maps. My problem is that I now get heavy modded maps. EG. With Inca I get maybe two or three mountains if I am lucky. Only same mediocre natural wonders and nerfed maps in general.I tried Uninstaling and switching start bias on/off, but nothing helps. Any help would be much apreciated.

You could try this it works well for me (especially if there are lots of civs on the map )
Before you move or do Anything you can cycle thru the start positions and swap places with another civ that has a start position you like.

My favorite map - technically a TSL but you can start it without activating the scenario - lots of variety

Thanks for reply. Maybe I try that but dont generally play Huge maps. Just so I now I am not crazy. People get ontain chains with Inca and natural wonders with spain, and sometimes nice Petra cityies? Or has this been changed /nerfed in the "vanilla" versions by the manufacturer?

Game has not been changed in many years.

Yeah, but do you get mountain ranges if you play Inca and natural wonders as Spain? Other than things like berginer crater aand grand mesa?

The Civ you use has No effect on what is on a random map. The civ may have a preference for a certain terrain but if it is not there it can not find it.

Yeah. Deleted all files and reinstalled. Tried 8 Inca starts on continents. On only three of those there where mountains and allways two or three. with a couple + 1 or +2 terrace farms. :( No mountains on the five others. So if it depends on your map something is still f-ing things up on my pc. Anoying.
