Version Mismatch (crossplatform)
Hi, my friends and I used to run Civ games just fine, but now that my friend uses a Mac we get the version mismatch error. I poked around and couldn't find any recent information regarding this issue. Is there a fix for this, or a workaround? Any info would help, thanks

MacOS "version mismatch with host" --- can you please fix it/release the update asap?
almost a week since this issue happened. some of my friends use PC and some including me use Mac, and believe me it is very rare for us to be able to connected through one game. Now our party is over becuz of the mismatch issue. Is there a fix? If no, someone need to pay attention.

CIV 5 MAC UPDATE MISMATCH VERSIONS WITH PC
I had to update my civ 5 on my mac, and now it will not LAN with the PC's around, version mismatch. Is there a way around this?

looks like there was an update 17 hours ago so maybe it was the fix. also what version OSX is your friend on?

Edit: no update last night, was mistaken

yeah sorry, there wasn't an update last night. I was reading an old article and made a mistake.

so they knowingly killed it? are there any plans to reinstate? who plays Civ 5 by themselves?

same ... My friends and I used to play between PC and Mac on Civ V and since 24h we have compatibility problem ... Solution????
