Where is dual language?

I have played this before and buy it mostly because it gives me a way to learn, though anime Japanese, with fun. But I did not find any way to change the main and sub language separately. The only way I can see is to click to button at the upper-right on the title page. However, it changes the main and sub language at the same time, giving me a totally English or Japanese game.

So where is the dual language setting?

Hover the mouse to just under the title bar to open the menu bar, then in the language menu, you can select a main language, and a sub language that appears under the main one.

If the menu bar doesn't show up, then you can right click the title bar to change the way the menu bar appears.
