The next revision of the manual will feature a new specialists section. This is coupled with some (subtle) rule and UI changes we are working on, and once all of that is done it will be the definitive specialist reference.

Great! It's been over a month since this last update so I guess the final manual is about ready.

This revision is up to date with the "Update 12" version of the game, which should go live for all players tomorrow morning (or you can switch to the Testing Branch).
The previously promised "specialist reference" has been completed, but moved to a separate document which should also be uploaded tomorrow.
