Games fails to start. Shows Error 13 Permission Denied.
I am the only user. No permissions have changed. Running as administrator does nothing. Never had the problem previously.

The dates in the log don't show anything for trying to run the game today 12/14. The last date is from a month ago (11/16).
I have Exclusions in my anti-virus for both the AppLocal/UOC2 folder as well as the SteamApps/common/UOC2 folder.

Reinstalled and restarting computer did nothing.

All suggestions are welcome. This is one my favorite games of all time and I'd hate to be locked out of it.
