Why are dispatchers garbage?

All they seem to do is stop me from doing anything but don't respond themselves to many things. I can't send my boats to do things but they aren't doing it either. Is there some setting to make them not retarded or should I just give up on them entirely?

hmm i usually found they were fine, not fast but they get the job done. I usually find the issue is if the vehicles are not in their zone

They usually lower the amount of calls per day (useful for not playing in slow-mo) and also unlock you cool missions and also think of the ukraine riots. They use the operator call for it. But yeah they suck

When hiring one, look at the clock symbol. This represents how many incidents can they resolved at a time. Unsure how exactly it works, but ideally, choose the largest number. So far, it is 5.
