The Game is lagging so much.
I've played on Linux, but it was crashing, unfortunately that's something that happens, since it's not natively Linux game, so I've decided to install Windows 10, to play it.

I've installed it, started playing and everything was smooth, I've launched new game and started changing controls, when I've assigned F12 key to show the grid, it made a screenshot (Which is weird, becuase origjnally F11 is assigned to do that) and the game froze completely. I've had to reboot it. After new launch, everytime I go to controls (from main menu) it's lagging so much, that it's even hard to go back. Once I get back to main menu it's smooth again, but now whenever I try to start a new game it's lagging, even in the biome selection menu.

It's like something broke when I made this screenshot, since originally it worked just fine for few minutes.

P.S. I've also reverted back to original controls, but it didn't help

I've installed the drivers from Nvidia page, launched the game and experienced similiar issues, but it seemed like the performance is slightly better. Managed to play for couple hours, and the only lagg I've experienced is when opening vehicle menus etc. For some reason the biggest issue seems to be with handling UI.

Unfortunetely, I've made some mistakes and decided to revert back to previous save and again, the performance is tragic, I'm experiencing few FPS and it's difficult to even quit the game.

It's really frustrating, I've never experienced issues like this. The games either worked or not, but in this case it seems like the game should play smoothly, but it doesn't, for some reason. Some events seem to cause huge FPS drops, like there are memory leaks or something like that. Did anyone experienced anything similiar?

Is it running on dedicated card? It is shown in the menu on the left bottom.

Try lowering the Tree Detail in the graphics settings, and make sure you aren't using an integrated graphics card (which GPU you are using should be shown on the main menu in the bottom left corner).
