i ve got the same thing. after compliting mission, i chose this mission again on mission select with cheat infinity lifes, and this encounter became green. and i got weapon point

So, after 3 tries selecting that mission, it worked: I think I have understood the reason the encounter wasn't completing.

Looks like I was ending the encounter too fast: in my last trial I have waited before killing the last mancubus, as I noticed imps were falling from the roof;
I started focusing on them, killing a few, and then I killed the mancubus: the encounter was completed after that.

I am not sure this is the solution, but I think it could be worth a try. :)

I had this bug once, I think

I just solved this bug.

- Played it through once. No completion.
- Played it a second time. No completion.
- Played it a third time, killed everything with weapons (no swinging knives), and waited for the mancubus as long as possible before dispatching. It worked@

I've never had a problem completing that level. There is no reason to replay the same map over n over. Your fix is not a fix.
