Whenever slipstream gets an update, you just know that the dev is going to f*ck something up...

First of all, I really don't know why it was necessary to change the color palette, it was perfectly fine, now it looks like as if they put a f*cking instagram filter on it.

Second: I've seen people talk about how the AI is impossible to catch up to in the new version, but I don't think that's true.
If anything it's much easier now than ever before, because the cars have been nerfed to the ground.
In previous versions the Lynx's top speed was 259 km/h then it was nerfed to 250 and now its 241. In the next update it'll be f*cking 50 km/h.
I mean I get it, he was trying to balance things out, but ffs this is not how you do it.

Third: The slipstream mechanic was ruined.
In the previous version it was perfect:
On easy difficulty the buildup was slower, it only lasted for a short time and the range was smaller (meaning you needed to be closer to the cars in order to build up slipstream) and on hard it was the opposite.
Now it's like that on every difficulty.
Thanks to this, it's very difficult (almost impossible) to build up slipstream in grand tour on hard, no matter which car you use.

On the other hand I'm happy that there's mod support and the DLC is looking really great.
