Every time I try loading in to an existing or new save I get the error:

base/box_car_1.storages:
Property at path 'Items' has type of 'Null' while 'Object' is expected. Line: 2, Position: 15.

I have verified the game files like the game tells me to do, and tried reinstalling it on different drives as well, yet neither have worked. I also deleted my most recently played save to see if the that had anything to do with it and that also did not solve the problem.

Is there anything else I could try to could fix this issue? I do also have mods installed, incase that might be related to the problem.
