OVERCOOKED 2: Dual Shock 4 control not working on Mac

I recently bought the game and booted it up and connected my ds4 control through USB into my mac and when i got to the home page of the game i pressed X on my control yet nothing happened. so i pressed space bar to pass on to the menu of the game to yet also find that even when trying to scroll through the menu the control did not work. If any one knows how to fix this please help me out, Thanks!!!!!

I can't use PS4 controller on MacBook Pro

I have entered the big picture mode. I can successfully use the PS4 controllor during big picture mode. However, when I launch the Overcook 2, the PS4 controller show no response and cannot use it in-game.

I have already updated the Mac OS, indentify the PS4 controller. And the same controller work perfectly when I start other game like Ultimate Chicken Horse. Please help.

Same problem here, Xbox One Wireless Controller recognized by Steam and works with games like Dead Cells but no response in Overcooked 2.

Same issue (PS4 controller) on iMac OS Sierra 10.12.6. Switch pro controller doesn't work either. Both recognized by Steam and works in other games but completely no response in Overcooked 2.

Same here. PS4 controller works fine in Big Picture, but doesn't work in the game. Mine is iMac (21.5-inch, late 2012) and OSX version is 10.12.6

Same with my 2017 MacBook Pro. DS4 controller works in big picture AND in games but Overcooked 2 fails to recognise it T_T

PS4 Controller Not Working on MacBook?

Hi there, I have two PS4 controllers that I'm trying to use with Overcooked 2 but for some reason they're not being detected in-game - PS4 Controller Support is on under the controller settings, and it seems to be detected in big picture mode, but neither respond once the game itself starts. I'm playing on a MacBook Pro running MacOS Yosemite. Is there something I'm missing in the settings?
