Shield block no sound bug...

I have encounter a frustrating sound bug, i play my second character and im at the beginning of the game in the grave (golden claw). Suddenly my shield doesnt do block sounds anymore, the shield bash sound works great only the blocking sound has stopped. Other sound work as they should, how i can fix this i restarted the game, load a previous save but nothing helps.

Im on Win 7 64 Bit and use standard windows hd audio drivers because most realtek drivers cause issues in a few games.

Ok i can load a save where it works but when i move on in progress it gets broken again and dont come back. It starts in that grave at the point with the enemy with the torch and the toxic trap.

Make sure your playback bitrate is set to 24bit 44100.

Tried that but it doesnt solve it but maybe it was a mistake its important for me to know if animals do block sounds on my shield ? I played further afte rthat point where the sound stops and it came back where i reached the dragurs. So it seems that only animals doesnt do that sound on my shield, is that true ? or even a bug ?

Here at 3:08-3:09 shield block from the sabertooth no sound, i remember very well that this had sound befor a few updated. I dont know which verison it was but i think 1.7 or 1.8.

Btw: what effect is it if you block and there are little white sparkles that raise up in the air ? i have no effects opr anything that work on me. Its the same record at 3:50.
