Start Bug

Whenever I try to start the game, it goes to the loading screen, then crashes. I went into the game files to see if I could find anything, I saw the .exe for the game in the files and ran that and worked fine. I tried setting that .exe as a non-Steam game, but it still crashed if I tried to start it. My PC isn't the greatest PC to exist, it's got an i3, and ~6 GB of ram and Win 7. Anything I could do?

Might be a steam overlay issue. Old integrated card drivers have a hard time rendering it. Try right clicking on the game in Steam Library, select properties, and deselect "Enable the steam overlay while in game." If that doesn't work, you can try adding the launch option "-buffermatchwindow", which locks the window and resolution to get the game to run on older hardware.

Crashing

Hello, how can I contact Customer Support? I am not finding it easy to do this. I purchased the game, downloaded it, and it crashes everytime I try and launch it. I am getting very frustrated.
