is this an echii game or is there a censor patch?

I played the demo but there wasn't any actual sexual content, just alot of suggestive stuff. Is this just an echii game or is there an external patch as needed like there usually is?

nobody who plays this simple 1 button masher, is doing so for the gameplay. the only thing that made it mildly interesting, was the softcore porn thats teased all over the game and FRONT AND CENTER on the store page.

idk, the art and environment is very charming, and the concept of the visual design is pretty interesting. I prefer something with the heart to be free, rather than some pandering softcore porn, or something too afraid to have boobs.
