Can't access Maggy Cave/Volcano

Hello.

No matter how many times I talk to the villagers in Shuzo, they never reveal the location of Maggy Cave. In the Maggy region, I have access to Maggy Mines, Hopstep and Notturnback Forest B. My character is level 48 and I have 62% achievement rate. I checked the Japanese Wiki and it said the villagers of Shuzo are supposed to reveal the location of Maggy Cave, and didn't list any other prerequisites.

Does anyone have a solution? Has this happened to anyone else?

Get more achievement and speak a bunch of times to the old man next to the shop.

Also big facepalm moment when I realized myself that I needed to speak with the shopkeer to gain access to Meggy Temple. (simply go in and out of the shop)

The same applies to other locations you missed across the world.

I just entered and exited each shop in Shuzo 5 times and none of them revealed any new locations. I've been getting some areas revealed through shopkeepers but they've always been those special, 8-floor dungeons where you can't bring any weapons or armor, not required content. Thank you for the help; unfortunately this didn't work.

Edit: Whoops, glanced over the part where you said to try getting more achievements. I'll give that a shot.

Edit 2: Just talked to that old man by the shop in Shuzo again and this time he revealed Maggy Cave. I talked to him maybe 20 times prior and he never revealed it, now all of a sudden he does. Maybe I just got really bad RNG. Anyway, thank you for the help.
