My Big fleet has been badly dammaged by pirates.
I was shocked that the repair cost estimate for all ship was 200k nearly all chas that I have.

I spotted that we miss some important repair options:
- we have repair all, but I can't find any option to repair single ship in fleet.
- we also need "rudimentary repairs" where ships engine are the only thing repair (minimal repair cost) so it can move again.
