Like the indicators that say "Tdle" or "Starting Trade", we need a few more.

If a fleet is damaged, and can't leave a sector it should say "Stranded"

If a fleet is undergoing repairs it should say "Repairing"

If all the ships in a war fleet have been disarmed and disabled, it should say "Helpless" or something along those lines.
