Hi, when I have the thrust axis mapped to my CH Prothrottle, the autopilot in general and autodock specifically does not work. This happens when "Forward-only thrust" is both checked or unchecked. When I unmap the throttle axis the autodock works as expected. When I map the thrust axis to other controllers the behavior is the same. Also, when using the F2 menu to attempt to autodock, when the menu exits, the mouse is causing the ship to move, and will cancel the requested autopilot.
