Problem solved. Updating graphics drivers seemed to fix the issue. If you're having the same problem and use Radeon cards, update the drivers to 18.9.1
Just to make sure nothing's really wrong, can you check the following quickly :
- If you are running the beta branch, go back to the main branch
- "Supersampling" option should be off in settings
- Full-screen provides better performance
- The power plan in Windows should be set to "High performance" (https://www.howtogeek.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/img_56aea1747345c.png)
These are just the usual suspects. I would also check if your video driver was updated recently. In any case, I do believe the game should run decently on your hardware, so something's definitely up.
