I was doing the Pendulum quest and building the pumping station--however, in the interest of being Tidy, I created a Complex first and put it in it. However--it did not give me credit for it. It seems coded to not recognize a new station if it's built within a complex.

This is quite annoying (and now I have to build 3 station's worth of material to complete the contract).
