Be sure to have the latest updates of Windows installed.

unfortunaltey i know have a problem of the game asking me to install microsoft visual everytime i try to run it.if i say yes the modify page and unistall come up

That's a curious issue. Which version of Windows are you running ?

its okay i've found another steam forum with the same issue.looks like its a windows update patch issue
