Pretty simple bug. The Telescope stations still take your money even after all sectors are discovered.

I feel like the game should give a message letting the player know that further money is just wasted when you try to start another search. Maybe it could be along the lines of "After extensive analysis, our astronomers have unanimously agreed that all locations have been discovered in this solar system"
