I captured some extraneous stations and want to scrap them out. But when I try to do so, it complains that I don't have enough ships or stations in the sector to receive the material, so it will be lost.

Thing is, I do have enough ships parked there (though no stations in the sector). Is this a bug? Or is the intention to prevent us from profiting from scrapping captured bases?
