So the game was bought by Kasedo Games?

I remembered it was Penguin studio or some name similar, and read a thread that the game was sold to other company and no further development ever since.

Is Penguin still alive? Or merged with Kasedo?

Alex the Master Penguin was the developer of the game, I don't think he is able to have any influence over it anymore :(
