This achievement seems to be bugged. If I'm interpreting it correctly, it's about putting out a fire with the extinguisher, which doesn't seem to be working at all. If I initiate a fire with the blowtorch, everything burns (Even metal cabinets), and the fire extinguishers don't do anything to the fire. I tried the same thing in the regular kitchen from Career mode, and they work fine.
