Thank you for reaching out regarding not getting response from the game as it does not respond. We understand that this can be very frustrating.
So that we can better understand the problem and recommend a solution, we would like to request that you please send us your DxDiag information via the steps below:
- Hold down the Windows Key and press R
- The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
- Click OK
- Click Save All Information
- Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
- Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
- Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as https://justpaste.it/ http://textuploader.com http://freetexthost.com
- Copy the link to your post and paste in your reply

Thanks for sharing it. Looking at your DxDiag file it appears that your graphics card's drivers may be already out of date.
Could you please download and install the latest drivers for your Radeon RX 580 Series card?
To manually update your AMD graphics card:
- Using the drop-down menu over here: https://www.amd.com/en/support, select the appropriate card information and click Submit
- Once complete, you will see your AMD Driver listed, select your platform or Windows version and click on Download
- When the installation is complete, make sure the game client is closed out completely and restart your computer
- Your drivers are now officially up to date!
To automatically update your AMD graphics card:If you have AMD Auto-Detect and Install tool, you can use that to check your PC for compatible AMD Radeon™ Series Graphics, AMD Ryzen™ Chipsets and the Windows® version and downloads the latest supporting AMD drivers for you to install directly on your PC.

I'm sorry to hear you're still experiencing this issue. Let's start by checking your game installation to ensure there are no corrupted files and that your game is fully up to date. To do this:
- Right-click on the game in your Steam Library
- Choose Properties, go to the Installed Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
- Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved

We do see some system errors, so to reveal any possible issues with your Windows system, we would like to recommend that you please attempt the following actions:
- Open the Windows Start Menu
- Type “cmd”
- Right-click on Command Prompt > Run as administrator
- Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes
- Press Enter
- If the process has revealed/resolved any issues, please attempt to run the game again
Please can you then also run the DISM tool to attempt to fix any corrupted files on your system:- Press Windows + S to open the Search menu and type Command Prompt in the text field, then click on Run as an Administrator in the right-hand panel
- Type the following commands and press Enter after each individual one:
- Then please reboot or restart your device after you run these prompts
Please note: This might take a while to finish scanning - do not cancel this process.• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
