yep, have to either turn off some cores in bios or limit the amount of cores running on windows msconfig. Personally I just stream from rog ally so I don't need to deal with the restarts and reduced cores

How in the world do you do that? i would like to not reduce the performance of my pc

I face same problem and all tries failed as I also dont want do reduce my performance. At the end its would be enough to have less than 32, which means with 31 it works. I would like to see a patch released but looks like the game is abandoned.

first time i ever see a game behave like that, thanks for the tip thoo as playing the game on a last gen machine (7950x3d here) is likely to prevent it to run.

As mentioned you need to reduce your "cores" to less than 32. This can be done in your BIOS. The option in Windows I wasnt able to get working. Which would be my favorite one instead of cutting down performance in BIOS.
