I have to open my pallete auto attack using my left mouse button then close it.

Anyone that comes across this topic and you’re using a controller (Or Steam Deck like me.) you will need to use the touch screen and move the cursor to a spot that will not select anything. Or mouse if doing KB&M; Do this while out in the wilds. (Duh Jess!.)

Tap several times to start a normal attack combo. This should reset the function back to normal.

There is no Auto attack for the pallete and you can’t select anything inside the damn thing unless you use the mouse cursor.

Hope this helps anyone along the way. Don’t stay in Aincrad too long. Make sure you see your friends outside of it too. (Unlike me being alone for five years now.)
