The patch they spoke about 8 months ago, which they announced after saying they're not dead because they were silent for a few months?
Certainly seems dead.
Tis a shame, came back to see it's no longer early access but also that the devs left.

It left EA back in 2020 and there was loads of updates after that. Go to discord server to get direct info from the devs.

Yea that's what I alluded to, when I said "since release", before that there was noticeable development.

7 updates after release...

Sounds like it could be a situation where maybe they decided to remake game with new engine or something for some reasons.

This game did always seem unfinished but I feel like I got my money's worth and I'd be fine with them just saying they're making a sequel. I had loads of fun with this simulation even if it did feel like there were still systems that were a bit clunky and unfinished.

Yea the reason I asked was because when I bought it it was still early access and I only remembered to check on the game yesterday.
I'm having fun with it but it indeed still seems a bit raw for a full release.
So I asked because I was hoping to see more, but there were no announcements since last year.

Apparently the two devs working on this game aren't in high school any more.

Yea I left a can't recommend review for now, the game has potential and it's charms, but it could've used more time, more polishing, etc.

The game is not in EA right, it is fully released, right? So why talking about dead then?

Because some games right, still get updates after release right and are supported for several more years until it actually feels completed and done right.
