This happens at start up too.
I have the latest drivers on my GPU already.
Edit: I fixed it by changing it from fullscreen to Borderless window mode.
Edit again: I changed the setting through Geforce experience. You should be able to add your own settings. With AMD you might have this feature as well.
I just want to play the first game I've paid full price for in the last 5 years.

FX 8320 1050 Ti 16 Gb Ram , all Driver up to date , hope for a fix
Unfortunately, it appears that CAPCOM screwed up the Steam Controller support.
When I try to launch the game with my Steam Controller, I receive the error from Steam that the game does not have controller support, and there is no responsiveness from the game to controller inputs (only Steam responses).
