Crashes when I launch

The crashes when l launch it redownloaded the game a bunch of times but doesn’t work
Currently asked for a refund but does anyone know any fixes
Says some files are missing so it can’t launch

looks like a file is missing, have you tried with "Verify integrity of game files"?

That might have worked but steam accepted my refund so oh well

Just in case, try to temporarily disable your antivirus, when you reinstall or verify the files integrity. The antivirus "false positive" may prevent some files from being saved, and as a result they will be missed on launch.
